The VR Arcade Company is proud to offer In-Room VR®, a turn-key Virtual Reality Arcade System for hotel guests who are 25 years of age or older to enjoy in the privacy of their hotel room or suite .
In-Room VR offers hourly, daily and three day rentals that include everything you need to access the best virtual reality content available. Our helpful staff will set up and tear down the VR equipment to ensure maximum enjoyment with guest safety as our top priority.
All of our In-Room VR Gaming Systems are top of the line PC based units that are maintained at the highest standard for quality, cleanliness and optimum performance for all levels of gamers from professional to amateur.
Within 30 minutes after placing an order at the front desk, one of our trained In-Room VR Attendants will arrive to set up the system and to provide a 15 minute tutorial and safety training session for all guests. Additionally, In-Room VR Attendants can be hired by the hour to assist with operating the system at any time during your stay.
When the In-Room VR Arcade System is ready to be returned, our helpful attendants will dismantle and pack up the system after first running a test to confirm that the equipment is being returned in proper working order.
In-Room VR Attendants will connect the In-Room VR Arcade System to the Hotel Room Television via HDMI cable so that everyone in the room can see and interact with the content being live cast to the TV.

How do I order In-Room VR? Contact the front desk from your hotel phone to check availability and make a reservation.
How old do you have to be to play? All players must be 13 years of age or older with adult supervision.
How old do you have to be to rent a system? Systems can be rented by adults 25 years of age or older.
How long does it take to deliver a system? Systems are typically delivered in 30 minutes or less and are based upon availability.
Once delivered, how long does it take to set up the In-Room VR System? Systems take 15 minutes to set up and tear down.
Will training be provided? In-Room VR Attendants will provide a complimentary 15 minute training and safety session for all guests.
Does the system come with a preview monitor? The system can be connected to the Hotel Room TV so that everyone can see the gameplay live cast from the headset. If you do not wish to connect to the TV, the game play can also be previewed on the laptop screen.
How do I return the system? When you are done with your rental you can call the front desk to have the system picked up. Do not attempt to tear down the system yourself. Please wait for the attendant to disassemble the system for you.
Can I take the system out of my hotel? At no time is the system to be moved out of the hotel room.
Can I move the system to a different part of my hotel room? You must not move the system at all once it is set up. Please contact the front desk if you need to move the system out of your way for any reason.
Does VR cause motion sickness? Some people do feel motion sickness in VR although it is not the norm. If you feel sick in any way, please remove the headset and stop playing the game at once.
How long should I stay in VR without stopping? It is recommended that you take a 10 minute break from the headset every half hour to give your eyes and mind a rest.
What games and experiences are available for this system? We have licensed several games to play which are located in the library. You will not be able to purchase additional games at this time.
